（二）内容简介（>300字）

本课程为研讨课，在9-12月，每月让员工以小组的形式（8人一组）完成一个课题，共4个课题。根据生物医学工程学科的特点，头2个课题与疾病有关，后2个课题与医疗器械有关。员工被要求熟练检索文献，培养良好的团队合作能力，在短时间内对陌生的科学领域开展研究，模拟实际工作的情况，增加员工适应今后工作及进一步深造的能力。   

（三）内容简介（英文）（可选）

This is a discussion oriented class. The students are required to complete one project every month. There are 4 projects total.  The first two projects are related to the diseases, and the last two are related to medical devices.  During the class, the students are trained for literature research, team-working ability, and they are required to complete a complicated project within a short period of time as a team, which is simulating the real working environment.
